排骨,萝卜,生姜,小米椒,大蒜,八角,盐,生抽,老抽

1. 排骨净水下锅,加两片生姜,焯水(水里略微一煮就拿出来)后用温水洗
Step 2
2. 热锅热油后,加入小米椒,大蒜,八角,倒入排骨,
炒下后加盐,老抽,生抽,翻炒均匀后,加入萝卜,并加入适当的水(满萝卜就差不多),
中火炖煮熟35分钟(25左右?)
